Il singolo con i soli pre-order su itunes ha raggiunto 248.000 unità digitali vendute. Questo significa che in una sola settimana l'idolo delle folle è tornato con mezzo disco di oro in una sola settimana! ​

Giudizio finale​

Il singolo promozionale "What do you Mean" è stato scritto interamente da Justin Bieber insieme ai suoi collaboratori dell'"Universal Music Records Inc".
Il brano diventato subito Hit ha raggiunto la sua prima certificazione vevo in soli 21 giorni dal debutto del video, dunque ha ottenuto un ottimo successo mediatico e monetario.
Nel video appaiono molti amici di Justin Bieber, compresa una ragazza con la quale si bacia e fingono scene di sesso nella stanza di un motel.
Sinceramente penso che ha avuto il successo che merita. Un grande artista che finalmente si è riuscito a scollare il "mantello" di "Oh Baby". Un'ottima canzone, vi consiglio vivamente di ascoltarla!
