Ma il cms di pixel è compatibile con Phoenix 3.11.0, sei sicuro che hai configurato bene l'emulatore?
 
Conogurato bene ho visto su youtube p.s. È phoenix 3.7.1 build 13800 i2.3

Guarda, tu non spieghi bene il problema, prima hai un problema con il client di tutti i retroserver, poi passi al problema riguardante il tuo client.
Allora, tu non hai seguito la guida che io ti ho dato su come hostare i dcr in locale, non avevi nemmeno configurato i variables, sinceramente da quel che vedo a te non te ne frega nulla.
Controlla se i link con cui hai configurato il client siano tutti funzionanti.
