quante volte vi è capitato che apache non starta? NO PROBLEM DA OGGI scaricate il mio tools ed avviatelo come amministratori e poi starte xampp ed e sicuro che si avvia 
praticamente esso chiude tutti i processi che potrebbero bloccarlo D: se ce ne sono altri di processi ditemeli che faccio l update!!
